Long before "Managed Services" became an industry buzzword, Art founded MiTec Services Group in 1988 with a simple philosophy: deliver exceptional service, build lasting relationships, and earn trust through every interaction. Over the decades, MiTec became a respected technology partner throughout the local community, known for its commitment to quality and customer care.
More than 30 years later, Aaron launched Structured Technology Solutions (STS) in 2021 with a similar vision—one centered on integrity, craftsmanship, and a belief that technology solutions should be tailored to each client's unique needs, not forced into a one-size-fits-all model.
Before founding STS, Aaron spent over 12 years in the enterprise IT space, where he gained firsthand experience with the processes, automation, and operational discipline that enable large organizations to scale effectively. That experience continues to shape STS today. Aaron takes pride in bringing enterprise-level efficiencies and best practices to small and medium-sized businesses, while preserving the responsiveness, personal relationships, and attention to detail that are often lost in larger organizations.
In 2022, STS acquired MiTec Services Group, bringing together two organizations that shared the same core values. By joining forces, Aaron and Art combined decades of experience, deep community roots, and a customer-first approach to technology services.
Today, STS continues to build on that foundation of trust and excellence. Since the acquisition, the company has more than doubled in size, helping businesses across Texas leverage technology with confidence.
