As an IT manager at an accounting firm myself - I understand the issues with handling big picture problems, little nagging problems and overall architecture/maintenance of a network. Back in 2021 my company servers were hacked with malware. We could not access any programs, data, or anything on our computers. I made several calls to several IT companies early that morning and left several voicemails. Aaron with Structured Technology Solutions was the only one to call me back and did so before 7:30AM. He immediately came over to my office brought his laptop over and immediately assessed this situation and got onto the dark web to find out who installed malware and how to communicate with them. He spent 8 hours that day communicating back and forth with the hackers and after a prolonged negotiation the hackers shut off all communications. Now at the time, I was using a family member for my IT security needs. I could not even get my family member over to help with this issue. That day I decided to hire Aaron and STS and have had them as my IT service, security, and consultants ever since. The level of detail, commitment, communication, and service I get with STS is beyond reproach. I am a small family run business and am treated with first class service.
